You are able to join the Defined Contribution Scheme (administered by the Social Housing Pension Scheme) at any time. You will be automatically enrolled in the Scheme after 3 months service,if applicable

We recognise the importance of having sufficient time away from work for rest and recuperation and it is important that annual leave is properly planned and managed to this end. We also recognise that there may be exceptional circumstances where a degree of flexibility would be beneficial which is why we introduced the Buy or Sell your Annual Leave Scheme.

Staff wishing to study on courses in their own time that are job related, but are over and above the requirements of their existing post (e.g. MBA, BA etc) and would not normally be funded by Hexagon, may apply for an interest free study loan.
