Reporting repairs

For an urgent repair or where it is not appropriate to use the online form below, report all repairs by calling our Repairs Hotline on 0800 393 338.

REMEMBER: Our contractors, P&R Installations, deal with all our gas repairs and you should contact them direct on free phone number 0800 093 9932.

For non urgent repairs, please use the form below. When you have completed the details, submit the form. Your request will then be dealt with by the repairs team, one of whom will be in touch with you to organise the repair.
