Maintaining your homes
Keeping homes in good repair is a vital part of Hexagon's work and we spend around £4 million a year, split between day-to-day maintenance and repairs and our long term improvement programme.
Recent improvements to our service include:
- Enabling our main contractors to enter our computer site to quickly access jobs and record work done, making our service more efficient.
- The introduction of an appointments system, where we can confirm a time for the work to be done with tenants when they report a repair.
- We take gas servicing very seriously and have introduced Gas Appliance Safety Protectors as a safety measure for the small minority of tenants who will not allow access to their homes.
