1621 Project

Living independently is not always as great as it's cracked up to be.... there's the rent to pay, meals to get ready, work to find and maybe children to look after.

If you're aged 16-21 and living in Southwark, homeless or in permanent or temporary housing, Hexagon's 1621 Project may be able to help. We can support you with benefits and housing advice, access to education, wellbeing and even the law - so you get the most out of life and open up more choices for your future.

If you think our service could help you, (or a young person you know), you can

  • ring or text us on 020 7708 6857
  • contact us at 84 Camberwell Church Street, SE5
  • email us on 1621@hexagon.org.uk

You can ask the Southwark Special Needs Resettlement Team at Bournemouth Road, SE15 to refer you to us or you can complete a Referral Form and send to us by email to 1621@hexagon.org.uk.
