What will be expected from me if elected?

Hexagon’s Board meets eight times a year to receive reports from managers on the work of the Association. The Board, with guidance and information from it’s staff, decides on the strategic direction of the Association, how it’s resources should be used, and the broad policies which determine how the service is provided.

In recent years Housing Associations have adopted reporting formats from the commercial world and use Business Plans, Strategy Plans and Performance Indicators as tools to help them plan for the future. As a Tenant Board Member you will provide input to these plans.
