Hexagon aims to provide a high standard of service to its residents and service-users. Our Service Standards set out the minimum level of service you can expect from Hexagon and we are committed to meeting all of these standards.
Our Service Standards have been agreed in consultation with Hexagon residents and service-users and we value the time and commitment which residents and service-users have put in.
