Employability Workshops

The Community Investment Team run employability workshops to support unemployed residents and service users find work. These workshops are held in various venues and support participants to focus on:

Job Search
CV’s
Completing Application Forms
Building confidence
Interview Techniques

Employability workshops also provide participants with access to a computer, the internet and email, and to newspapers.

Free USB Flash Drive

Participants are given a USB stick to store copies of work they do at the workshop. This means that we can easily work with participants to keep CV’s and job applications up to date. If you haven’t access to a computer at home, you can use your USB stick at local libraries.
