Hexagon Housing Rent Event!
For 1 week, from Monday, 7 March, Hexagon is holding a special "Rent Event".
We hope to contact just about every tenant with arrears on their account to review their rent account with them, and see what we can do to help them either clear their arrears in full or reduce them. We will also be promoting Direct Debits and our money advice services.
We will be offering some special incentives during this period to make it even easier for people to pay!
So, if you have rent arrears on your account – even quite a small amount – we will be calling you, or you can call us on 020 8778 6699 – just ask for the Rent Event Team.
PLUS - Sign up to a Direct debit during March and you could win a new car and also help the Marie Curie Cancer Care Great Daffodil Appeal!
Allpay, who process our rent payments, are running a Prize Draw to win a new Renault Clio. All you have to do to be entered into the Draw is to set up a Direct debit during March. You’ll be helping the Marie Curie Cancer Care charity as well because Allpay will make a donation for every Direct Debit set up.
