Annual Report to Residents
Hexagon made great progress in many key areas in 2010/11. In our new Annual Report to residents, we’ve reported where we’re doing well, and where we’re not doing so well. As you’ll see, following the change in style of the report last year, this year's report also follows the Tenant Services Authority’s new reporting guidelines.
As a direct response to suggestions from residents, this year we have not produced the several thousand copies of the Annual Report to issue to every resident, but instead we have made the document available
here. However, if you would like to have a paper copy, please contact our Customer Services Centre on 0208 778 6699.
We have also produced a summary version of the report which will be included in the October '11 edition of Home News and is available to download from the link below.
We would like to say a special 'thank you' to the members of the 'Readers' Panel', the group of residents that assisted us with the production on this report.
