Hexagon prepares for Local Offers
We are on course to launch the "local offers" for 1st April. Local Offers are standards and commitments which Hexagon has agreed with residents about how we will work in your community.
There are 6 local offers, which are:
* Anti Social Behaviour
* Building Communities
* Hexagon Help
* Responsive Repairs
* Stock Improvement
* When I want to Move (transfers)
A big "thank you" to those residents who took part in the various focus groups which helped to shape the local offers. We took these "offers" to the
Residents' Day event where they were discussed by the wider body of residents in the workshops. This helped to give us a good idea about the local services you'd like to see.
The local offers will be published in April, so look out for more information on this in due course.
Residents will have a major say when it comes to monitoring how well Hexagon has been delivering on the Local Offers.
