Hexagon signs 2011/15 contract with HCA
Having successfully secured an allocation for the 2011/15 programme in July, Hexagon have now signed its’ FDA (Framework Delivery Agreement) with the HCA.
This programme is complex and places challenging contractual obligations on RPs, consequently there is a higher level of risk involved. Having carried out a thorough and balanced assessment of those risks, we are now well placed to get on and deliver this programme.
We plan to build 277 new homes, over the next 4 years with an overall grant allocation of £8.6m. The programme is a mix of Affordable Rent (75%) and Affordable Home Ownership (25%) homes, with over 25% being family sized (i.e.3b+). We are actively looking for site opportunities to help us meet our delivery targets.
