Hexagon acquires sites for 89 new homes
Hexagon has recently acquired two sites which will contribute towards the Association's 2011-2015 Development programme.
The former United Dairies (now demolished) site at Baring Road, Lee, Lewisham will have 75 homes, comprising a mix of flats and some houses, with 26 homes for shared-ownership and 49 for affordable rent; whilst the site at Brampton Road, Bexleyheath, (formerly three terraced house with gardens) will have 14 flats, with 5 for shared-ownership and 9 for affordable rent. Both schemes have grant funding in place from the Homes and Communities Agency.
A start on site will be made with both developments before March 31st 2012, with Baring Road expected to be completed by early 2014, and Brampton Road anticipated to complete in Spring 2013.
