Service Standards and Local Offers

The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) developed a regulatory framework together with tenants, local authorities and housing associations, designed to improve the services that people living in social housing receive. Hexagon welcomed this framework as a formal structure to work to and we were particuarly pleased to see that it covered several of the areas where we had already set out our commitment to providing a high quality service to our tenants via our published 'Service Standards'.
