Can I claim compensation from Hexagon?
Can I claim compensation from Hexagon if you do not do my repairs?
There is specific scheme known as Right to Repair if Hexagon doesn’t carry out an agreed repair in the timescales we have set out. A summary of this is:
- If the work is not done by the expiry date of a works order, you have the right to request that a new order be raised for the same priority time.
- If the work is still not completed after the second attempt, you may be entitled to compensation. You must have co-operated with attempts at gaining access, and the value of the repair must be less than a legal limit.
