Working with others is a way of life for Hexagon and we are keen to use the strengths of our partnerships to take on new ventures, bringing new investment and fresh opportunities to communities in need.

With funding of £38 million, we can now build around 332 new homes for rent and low cost home ownership, over the next two years. This is one of the largest amounts allocated, reflecting our track record in delivering new homes.

With new affordable homes available, some of it family accommodation, more people on lower incomes will be able to stay in the area. This is important for keeping whole communities together, as well as for the individuals concerned, and all our new schemes are closely linked to our community work.

Our development strategy sets clear plans for the future, for building high quality homes and regenerating deprived neighbourhoods, using innovative techniques backed up by our secure funding base and expertise in operating in a challenging environment.
