As part of Bexley's Major Regeneration Programme for Erith Town Centre, this development will provide 106 apartments, Bexley Training and Resource foyer/centre, Library, Commercial/Civic spaces and secure underground parking.

The residential element will provide 54 homes for rent and 52 Shared Ownership apartments constructed in two phases. Phase 1 is due for completion in September 2007 and Phase 2 in March 2008.
