FINANCIAL & CAPITAL ACCOUNTANT
Starting salary £32,515 - £35,874

Based Sydenham, London SE26

Reporting to the Finance Manager, and in liaison with operational colleagues, you will be responsible for the accounting of our development and stock improvement programmes, other fixed assets and loans, as well as producing regular cashflows. Managing 4 staff, you will also provide valuable input to the production of budgets, income and expenditure reports and other management information. 

This is a key senior position in which you will be able to use and develop your professional and inter-personal skills, providing a quality service and influencing decisions in a growing and innovative organisation that has a turnover of £20m and a capital programme of over £40m. You will be fully qualified or in your final year of study, with computer literacy, and excellent communication skills. Experience in Housing Association finance is desirable but not essential.
