Following our qualification for the NAHP (National Affordable Housing Programme) 2008/11, we are very pleased to announce that we have received confirmation of the following allocations from the RME1 (Regular Market Engagement) bid round:

Blue Anchor Lane,

This gives a total allocation of £8.9m to provide 64 new homes, which is over 50% of our corporate objective of 120 homes p.a.

We are bidding for further schemes in RME2 which is now open, and will know the results at the end of August.
