Hexagon services all gas appliances every 12 months to make sure that they are running efficiently and are safe to use.  As this is something we are legally obliged to do, we will take legal action and charge you the costs of doing this if you do not give us access to service your gas appliances.

Repairs to any gas appliances that you have installed are your responsibility.
