This section gives details on how you can get in touch with us.

By Telephone

All calls are answered by trained Customer Services staff. We will not normally need to put your call through to anybody else. REPAIRS FREEPHONE – 0800 393 338.To report a new repair, or check on an outstanding repair, call this number. The line is staffed between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holidays). EMERGENCY REPAIRS – 0800 393 338
To report an EMERGENCY repair, call this number anytime. Outside normal office hours, a recorded message will give you
further information. Please see information sheet 3.1 to find out what counts as an emergency repair. OTHER ENQUIRIES – 020 8778 6699. Use this number for all enquiries, problems, and complaints other than repairs. The line is staffed between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
