Hexagon's most recent development was handed over for occupation in February.

Mary Seacole Court is a unique development constructed above a new extension at Dog Kennel Primary School in Dulwich. The residential element of the building consists of 15 two bedroom shared ownership (part buy, part rent) apartments for keyworkers - all of which are now under offer.

Hexagon worked closely with Southwark Council and the school to provide new facilities including kitchen, dining room, class rooms and parents room together with improvements to the playground. Hexagon was granted a lease of the 'airspace' above the school for construction of the apartments.

Children from the school were involved in making some of the design choices, such as colours, and in choosing the name of the new building. The school officially opened their new facilities on 23rd February.

The project is a perfect example of how Hexagon's innovative way of thinking, benefits the communities we work in.
