Hexagon offers an extensive range of specialist housing and services for more than 300 people - including those with mental health problems, frail elderly people and homeless people.

They live in accommodation designed to meet their special needs - ranging from individual flats with visiting support to hostel-style accommodation to nursing homes with 24-hour care. Our aim is for people to be able to lead as independent a lifestyle as possible.

In response to the Government's Supporting People initiative, we are now looking to reshape our services to ensure that they match the needs and expectations of service users and our local authority partners as closely as possible.
