Living in over 3,395 homes across South East London, our residents come from a wide variety of backgrounds and all walks of life. The areas where we work have diverse communities, and our tenants reflect this with more than a third coming from a minority ethnic background. Our tenants include young people, the elderly, single people and residents with children. Our residents include able-bodied people and people with disabilities. They include the independent, and people who need extra support or care services.

We celebrate the diversity of our tenants, and are committed to making sure we provide high quality services to all sections of the communities where we work.
