Hexagon Housing Association provides support and care to a number of people with a Learning Disability in the London Borough of Bexley. The support is provided to meet the needs of each individual service user. The aim is to develop as much independence as possible and to identify a programme of social and educational activities.

Support is provided to maintain health and safety and attend appointments. Assistance is given to claim benefits, budget, plan menus, shopping and diet. To accompany people to appointments and ensure social inclusion.  The right candidate will have experience of working with people with learning disabilities and the ability to assess residents needs and develop indiviudal support plans.

The service is flexible to meet their individual needs and may require staff being called out at short notice.
