Tackling harassment

We are committed to doing all we can to deal with reports of anti-social behaviour.  This includes where Hexagon tenants are the victims or perpetrators. We have clear policies and procedures for tackling anti-social behaviour.  These documents show how we will work with victims, witnesses and other agencies to deal with problems.

If you are a Hexagon tenant and you are suffering because of anti-social behaviour, or if a Hexagon tenant is the perpetrator of anti-social behaviour that is affecting you, please telephone our Customer Services Centre for help and advice.

A summary of our policy and procedure is available by clicking here.  Alternatively, please telephone our Customer Services Centre and we will send you a copy.

The full version of the Hexagon Statement of Policy and Procedure for dealing With Anti-social Behaviour is available here.  A printed copy of the full version is available on request (there will be a printing and postage charge).

Hexagon is also committed to taking firm action to protect tenants who are being harassed. Harassment can include verbal abuse, hate mail, threats and acts of violence as well as damage to property and graffiti. We will take legal action for breach of tenancy against Hexagon tenants who harass other tenants and seek their eviction.
If you know of or have seen harassment taking place around our properties, you should tell us about it. Ring Customer Services on 0208 778 6699. You should also tell the police.
