Woodcote Road is a 12 bedded service in Wallington, in the borough of Sutton, for people who have long term mental health needs. It is a 24 hour service provided by a team of 20 Hexagon staff including psychiatric nurses and support workers. 

Following the inspection by the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) which took place in April, Woodcote Road have now received the final report and we are delighted that the service has been judged to be providing excellent outcomes for the people who use it.

The process involved, the inspector spending a day at the home. He spoke to the majority of residents and received surveys from a psychiatrist, a GP, relatives and residents.

This is the second of Hexagon’s care homes to be awarded the top rating, the other being Townley Road in East Dulwich nearly a year ago.
