Inside your home
You are responsible for all the decorating inside your home.  At the start of your tenancy, you may be entitled to a decorations allowance.  Your Housing Officer will tell you about this.

When we damage your decorations as a result of carrying out repairs, we will usually either make good the damage or give you a decorations allowance. 

Outside the house or block
Hexagon will usually decorate the outside and communal parts of all its properties every 6 years.  We will write to you beforehand so that you know when to expect contractors and your-co-operation will be needed in opening windows and doors for the painters.  Any windows or doors that need replacing will normally be renewed before painting.
