Hexagon offer a range of good-quality long- and short-term accommodation managed by our dedicated team of Supported Housing Officers, who ensure residents understand their obligations, how to report repairs, and pay rent and service charges. Where additional support is being provided by other specialist organisations, the Supported Housing Officers have regular liaisons to ensure tenancy sustainment.
Client/resident involvement is key to the care and support provided by Hexagon. We have a range of initiatives to facilitate involvement, including:
- Satisfaction surveys.
- Consultation meetings.
- Two-monthly resident feedback forum.
Our aim is to empower people who may have had little previous opportunity to influence their day-to-day lives, and we are committed to providing our clients with regular opportunities to comment about where they live and the service they receive.
We work across Southwark, Lewisham, Bexley, Greenwich and Sutton, and our aim is to further develop our mental health services, thereby improving people’s life chances to take their place in the community.
