It’s that time of year again, when the residents and service users of Hexagon get a chance to show your appreciation to the staff of Hexagon, who you feel do a “great job”. At our Staff Conference, which will be held during November 2017, we will be presenting Staff Excellence Awards. These awards were created to celebrate and congratulate the commitment and dedication of Hexagon’s staff who are prepared to “go that extra mile” whilst carrying out their duties. As well as Hexagon staff being able to nominate their colleagues, YOU, the Customers, are invited to nominate a member of staff who you feel deserves to receive an award.
You may want to nominate a member of staff who you feel has provided you with excellent customer service, or a member of staff who has provided you with advice and support during a difficult time. You are able to nominate any member of Hexagon’s staff. If you would like to nominate a member of staff, please complete the 2017 External Nomination Form and email it to email@example.com by no later than Sunday, 5th November 2017.
