There are several things residents can do that will make a big difference to our costs, and mean that we have more money to spend on your homes:
- Tell us your e mail address – we are trying to cut down on our postage costs and want to send a lot more information out electronically.
- Pay your rent by direct debt – this costs us about 40p per payment, compared with 51p when you pay at the post office or a PayPoint.
- Let us know if you won’t be able to make an appointment – it will save staff or contractors a wasted journey.
- Get rid of your bulky items of rubbish through your Local Council, which is generally low cost and means that you and other residents won’t have to pay through your service charge.
