The event which took place in Jackson’s Way, Croydon, and was an opportunity for Hexagon to hear from local residents and listen to their views on the service we deliver to them.
Chief Executive Tom McCormack attended, together with senior managers from:
- Estate (grounds) Management
- Resident Involvement
Others attending from the “Hexagon side” were a representative from the Hexagon Board and also from the repairs contractor.
Up to 20 residents came along to give us their views on repairs, estate services, communication, and customer services. We received some positive feedback and key takeaways on how we’re doing.
We also captured critique and positive feedback on how we can improve things for our residents going forward. This is all encapsulated in an action plan where the residents’ enquiries given to us on the day will be looked into and responded to each resident concerned.
More on this event will be available in the winter edition of Home News magazine.
Thank you to all those residents that attended, helping to make the event a success.
