We aim to continuously improve our services to you. In order to achieve this, we would like you to tell us what you think of our services and how they can be improved. Feeding back your views to us is also known as ‘being involved’.
There are a number of ways you can get involved – from completing a survey through to ‘scruntinising’ the housing service. We offer a wide range of activities and opportunities for you to get involved to ensure they are comfortable to you – and they don’t have to be time consuming!
If you choose to get involved, you can be sure of the welcoming support from the Residents Involvement Team, who look forward to working with you.
This is where residents look very closely at the service that’s provided and ask Hexagon questions around how good the service is, and how it can be improved.
Residents who scrutinise us don’t just draw from their own experience; instead, they use an objective process to assess how good the housing service is. Activities which have scrutiny as the focus of their work include Residents’ Inspection, the Performance Review Group, the Repairs Group and Estate Grading teams.
