It’s that time of year again, when YOU the residents and service users of Hexagon get a chance to show your appreciation to the staff of Hexagon, who you feel do a “great job”. At our Staff Conference, which will be held during November, we will be presenting Staff Excellence Awards. These awards were created to celebrate and congratulate the commitment and dedication of Hexagon’s staff who are prepared to “go that extra mile” whilst carrying out their duties. As well as Hexagon staff being able to nominate their colleagues, YOU, our Customers, are invited to nominate a member of staff who you feel deserves to receive an award.
You may want to nominate a member of staff who you feel has provided you with excellent customer service, or a member of staff who has provided you with advice and support during a difficult time. You are able to nominate any member of Hexagon’s staff, be it a member of the Customer Services Team, a Surveyor, your Housing Officer, or if you are resident in one of our care homes, you may want to nominate one of your Support Team.
To nominate a member of staff please email the name of the member of staff you wish to nominate, along with the reasons for your nomination to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please also include your name and address with your nomination. Nominations must be received by Sunday, 3rd November 2019.
