The Performance Review Group are looking for new members

April 07, 2017

Stepping up to scrutinyCan you commit to 4 meetings a year? Examine the performance of Hexagon? Remain impartial and objective?

If you answered ‘Yes’ to all three, then you should consider joining the Performance Review Group.

The Performance Review Group (or ‘PRG’) is a group of Hexagon residents who meet on a regular basis to scrutinise Hexagon’s performance against set targets. The PRG carries out scrutiny principles by:

  • Providing suggestions on ways to improve the service to residents,
  • Raising any concerns on Hexagon’s performance directly to the Hexagon Board,
  • Making recommendations to look more closely at performance in certain areas

The PRG meets 4 times a year on a Thursday evening at Hexagon’s Head Office in Sydenham and some of the performance areas they look at include ‘Satisfaction with the Repairs Service’; ‘Levels of Rent Collection’; and ‘Complaints responded to within the published target times’.

All new PRG members are provided with training via a comprehensive induction programme which gives valuable insight into understanding performance information and the type of questions to ask in order to identify improvements for all residents.

So……if you would like to become a member of the PRG, or to find out more about it, simply contact Kathy Richards via ¬†or 020 8768 7991. [Alternatively, you can call Freephone 0800 393 338, select Option 4 and arrange for a call back from Kathy].
