This is great news for all our non-English speaking customers as Cyracom can translate over 250 different languages and offer a 24/7, 365 day a year service. They also offer an on-line service where we will be able to request a translator to interact with us via live web chat, meaning we will be able to see them on our smart phones, tablets, laptops and PCs. This will be particularly useful as Cyracom will also be offering British Sign Language services.
