Hexagon continues to be fully committed to ensuring its residents live in safe homes during the current pandemic and therefore we are continuing to carry out emergency, urgent and routine repairs and also all planned improvement works in line with the government’s latest guidance on Covid-19 and following the Prime Minister’s announcement of a national lockdown on 4th January 2021. There may be challenges ahead, and we will keep residents updated via this website if there is any change in the position. However the safety of our residents and our staff will always be an absolute priority.

Helping to provide people with new homes remains a priority and we are therefore continuing with lettings, sales and mutual exchanges. These may take a little longer than usual as we have to work in a covid secure way, but we will still get there.
We are aiming to maintain a normal level of service within housing management, in particular in carrying out health and safety inspections.
